Hours of Operation

Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please call to confirm our office hours before the holiday periods listed.

The Ninth Circuit State Attorney has several office locations to accommodate our citizens. When visiting us please remember that some items are prohibited from entering the courthouse and surrounding offices, including: firearms, aerosol cans, any kind of knife, tools, handcuffs/handcuff keys, tape measures, scissors, clay/putty material, razors, glass perfume bottles more than 4 ounces, box cutters, chains, pepper spray, and oversize belt buckles.

* Depositions are held at the location listed on the Notice of Deposition and are also frequently held at the Public Defender’s Office in the Orange County Court Complex, 435 N. Orange Avenue, Orlando.
